Upgrades & access
A controller on OS 3.4 or newer needs nothing installed — we read it from our side and run the upgrade from there. An older OS 3 controller, and ongoing programming, need a way in.
OS upgrade to latest

Remote climb to the newest Control4 OS — backup, upgrade, verify. One price however many steps, charged only if it works, and credited back toward programming within 90 days. No truck roll; on OS 3.4 or newer, nothing for you to install.
