What this is, in plain words
Ixome Connection, a free app from the Microsoft Store for a Windows computer in your home. It finds your Control4 controller on your network so we can read it and back up your project. It only talks out to ixome.ai and opens nothing in your network to the outside. On its own it changes nothing on your system: it carries out only what you or we start from your Ixome account (a light from chat, say), and paid work happens only after you say yes to a quote. It runs while that computer is on. To remove it: Start → Settings → Apps → Ixome Connection → Uninstall (the Microsoft Store app), or double-click Uninstall-Ixome-Connection in its folder (the .zip).
