Control4 OS 3 vs older versions for Lutron integration

I'm in the process of upgrading my home automation setup and I'm trying to decide whether to stick with Control4 OS 2.10 or make the jump to OS 3. My main concern is how well each version integrates with my Lutron RadioRA 2 system.
Currently running OS 2.10.6 and the Lutron integration has been rock solid for about 4 years. I have 42 Lutron switches/dimmers and 8 Sivoia QS shades all controlled through Control4. Everything works great - lighting scenes, shade control, the whole nine yards.
My dealer is pushing me to upgrade to OS 3 because of the new interface and features, but I've heard mixed things about driver compatibility and some integrations getting wonky after the upgrade. Has anyone here made the jump from OS 2 to OS 3 with a significant Lutron setup? Did you experience any issues with the integration?
Specifically I'm wondering about:
1. Does the Lutron driver work the same way or did it need updating?
2. Any latency differences when triggering lighting scenes?
3. Did all your programming carry over or did you have to redo anything?
I don't want to fix what isn't broken, but the OS 3 interface does look a lot nicer. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this upgrade with Lutron equipment.

As a dealer who's done probably 50+ OS 3 upgrades at this point, I can tell you the Lutron RadioRA 2 integration is one of the most stable drivers in the Control4 ecosystem. It works identically between OS 2 and OS 3 because the underlying communication protocol hasn't changed. The driver itself got some minor updates but nothing that affects functionality.
Your programming will carry over completely - all scenes, macros, conditional logic, everything. The only thing that changes is the user interface on the touchscreens and app. Latency is actually slightly improved in OS 3 due to some backend optimizations. I'd say go for it without hesitation.

Made the jump about 18 months ago with a similar sized Lutron setup. The integration carried over perfectly - didn't have to touch a thing. OS 3 is definitely worth it for the UI alone.

I upgraded last year and had zero issues with my RA2 system. The shades and dimmers all work exactly the same. Only difference is the prettier interface on my T3 touchscreens.

Different boat here since I'm on RA2 Select, but my upgrade went smoothly too. One thing to note - make sure your dealer does a full backup before upgrading. Standard practice but worth mentioning.

Word of caution - while the Lutron driver is solid, I did have an issue where one of my third-party drivers (not Lutron related) wasn't compatible with OS 3 initially. Took about 2 weeks for the developer to update it. Might want to check if you have any obscure drivers in your system.

Upgraded 6 months ago with 60+ Lutron devices including Palladiom shades. Everything transferred perfectly. The OS 3 experience on the app is night and day better than the old app. Your dealer is giving you good advice - the upgrade is worth it. Just make sure they're running the latest Lutron driver version after the upgrade and you'll be golden.
